Because I Said So: Thou Shalt Not Murder

This week pastor Jeremiah covers the 6th commandment, “Thou shalt not murder.” If you were asked to recite the Ten Commandments from memory, it’s likely you would remember this one. This is our favorite commandment because we have confidence we’ve never violated it. But not so fast. The word murder doesn’t convey the meaning of the original word used in the Hebrew language. There is more to this commandment than we might realize on the surface level. Let’s dive in!
