Scooby Doo Christianity

Paul tells us our struggle is not against flesh and blood, rather, we are in an epic battle between light and darkness, facing powers of darkness and evil forces.  But do we really believe all of that spooky stuff in the Bible?  In this message pastor Jeremiah talks about how we have de-mystified the scary things in life and replaced them with a more sanitized, safe explanation of things.  Like an episode of Scooby Doo, we’ve come to expect that in the end, everything has a natural explanation.  The ghost or monster haunting the town was really only the greedy banker Mr. Jenkins.  But is that just a cartoon, or reality?
